Andrew Gale joined LVT in May 2019 as its first official CFO. Since then, Andrew has been instrumental in scaling the company from an ARR (annual recurring revenue) of $4 million to nearly $250 million today. Under his stewardship, the financial team has grown from 3 to 17 members, supporting LVT’s trajectory as a leading force in mobile surveillance solutions.

Andrew’s unique career path — spanning roles as a CEO, COO, CFO, and board member — brings a wealth of experience to his current position. His background in running large private equity-backed manufacturing firms provided him with the expertise needed to guide LVT’s financial strategy, avoiding over-reliance on venture capital. This approach has preserved ownership stakes for founders and employees, offering valuable stock options and maintaining shareholder value.

One of Andrew’s notable accomplishments includes establishing a syndicated debt facility with seven major banks, including KeyBank and JP Morgan Chase. This has given LVT substantial capital access, enhancing liquidity and enabling rapid scaling to meet growing customer demand for surveillance units. His strategic leadership led to a successful $50 million Series B funding in May 2022.

Beyond financial stewardship, Andrew prioritizes mentorship, drawing from personal experiences of early leadership opportunities. Despite battling imposter syndrome, he encourages aspiring leaders to learn continuously.
