Tracey Thompson reinvigorated Utah’s beverage landscape as CEO and president of Vine Lore Wine and Spirits & Beverage Company. Through over 20 years of leadership, she’s positioned the company as an integral partner in Utah’s culinary renaissance while pioneering expansion into non-alcoholic beverages — anticipating wellness trends while maintaining commitment to quality.
“I’m most proud of the caliber of company Vine Lore is today — and the journey it took to get here,” she reflects. “Vine Lore was a boutique fine wine brokerage with a small but passionate team. … We’ve grown into Utah’s largest privately owned wine and spirits brokerage with over 90 clients and 12 talented professionals.”

As co-founder of Eat Drink SLC, she’s created a platform celebrating Utah’s food ecosystem while directing all proceeds to local nonprofits, raising over $100,000 since its inception.
