As CEO and president of Kaddas Enterprises, Natalie has developed the thermoform plastic manufacturing company into an industry leader, delivering solutions that protect power infrastructure and ecosystems globally. Under her leadership, the company sets new standards for sustainable manufacturing.
Natalie’s influence extends through exceptional board service at both national and local levels. As a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and regional vice chair for the West Region, she ensures western business perspectives shape national policy. Her economic expertise is recognized through appointments to the Salt Lake Chamber board and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Salt Lake City Branch board.
She views her position as a “leadership role for the next generation of women in the energy and manufacturing space,” mentoring emerging entrepreneurs through the National Leadership Council of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices program.
