Overseeing multiple successful sports programs, Liz Darger serves as Brigham Young University’s senior associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. “I am proud to be part of an exceptional team that strives to inspire others through competitive excellence while endeavoring to live the values taught by Jesus Christ,” she says.
Liz expertly guided BYU’s transition to the Big 12 Power Conference in 2023 while maintaining competitive excellence. Her national influence extends through service on prestigious committees, including the NCAA Women’s Basketball Committee, where she bridges divides between faith-based and LGBTQ+ communities.
