Dana Baird, currently the executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s office division, has established herself as a powerhouse in Utah’s commercial real estate landscape during her remarkable 30-year career. She averages over $200 million and 2 million square feet of annual transactional volume. In total, Dana has brokered approximately 20 leases exceeding 100,000 square feet, including an 851,633-square-foot lease with a major tech firm.
As one of her proudest accomplishments, Dana helped the 515,000-square-foot building at 95 State Street reach 90 percent occupancy through the pandemic’s challenges. Her excellence earned her Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious America Standing Ovation award in 2018, recognizing both her professional achievements and humanitarian work in Kenyan orphanages.
