Cheylynn Hayman
Shareholder | Parr Brown Gee & Loveless PC
Cheylynn Hayman stands as one of Utah’s preeminent employment attorneys as a shareholder at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless. Her extensive knowledge of employment laws and solution-oriented approach goes beyond identifying legal obstacles to developing viable business solutions.
Cheylynn assists clients by developing policies, handbooks and best practices that allow employers to avoid litigation before it arises. As a skilled employment investigator, privileged investigations of employee complaints have become a cornerstone of her work.
A University of Utah graduate, Cheylynn began her career clerking for Utah Supreme Court Justice Matthew B. Durrant before joining Parr Brown in 2005. Within the firm, she serves on a committee that oversees compensation. Outside the firm, she was appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to the Judicial Conduct Commission and was recently elected as chair.
Looking forward, she aims to “expand my employment practice by becoming an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and assist parties with resolving employment disputes.”
