As CMO of Integrity, Anne Wood has driven extraordinary growth, taking the company from 1,200 employees in 2020 to over 5,000 today while doubling the network of independent agents to 600,000 nationwide.
Her marketing leadership supports hundreds of business units and has dramatically increased agent technology adoption while generating $106 in revenue for every $1 spent on marketing. Anne also played a key role in securing a $1.2 billion investment from Silver Lake in 2021, accelerating the development of Integrity’s groundbreaking omnichannel insurtech platform.
“I’m most proud of helping grow an advertising agency, ThomasARTS, to national scope — and then joining the leading powerhouse company in our space five years ago,” she says. As ThomasARTS’ first non-family employee, she eventually helped lead the agency through its acquisition by Integrity.
Anne’s contributions to Integrity’s culture earned the company Comparably’s Best Leadership Team award in 2024. Her ongoing goal: helping Integrity to grow into the future, providing life, health and wealth solutions.
