Vanilla is a podcast about diversity in Utah put on by Utah Business, with each episode focusing on a different aspect of diversity in Utah.

Episode one of this six-part podcast will focus on diversity and the demographics in Utah. This episode is starring guests James Jackson, III who is the founder of the Black Chamber, representing Zion’s Bank; Kristen Kenney, a reporter for the Utah Jazz, who is also the the founder of Peak 45 Fitness; Sara Jones, the CEO of Inclusion Pro; and Emma Houston, the director of diversity and inclusion at the Salt Lake County mayor’s office.
