What’s the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome to get where you are today?

The biggest hurdle I’ve had to overcome was bridging the vast cultural and professional gap between my roots in Nepal and the fast-paced, competitive landscape of American business. I not only had to adapt to a new educational system but also to an entirely different way of thinking about career progression and leadership. I turned this challenge into my strength by embracing my unique perspective. I learned to blend the values of community, resilience and humility ingrained in me from Nepal with the assertiveness and innovation prized in American corporate culture. This fusion allowed me to develop a leadership style that values diverse viewpoints and fosters inclusive team dynamics.

What do you most look forward to achieving?

Ultimately, my motivation stems from a deep-rooted commitment to fostering change, building connections and leaving a legacy that uplifts others while driving progress in the tech industry. This sense of purpose is why I strive to empower others, particularly underrepresented individuals in the tech industry, to overcome their own challenges and create opportunities that let them realize their potential and thrive.
