Utah Business

These tools and apps will change the way that you run your small business for the better.

These Tools Will Change Your Small Business

We tend to work at a desk less today than we did 10 years ago. Which is awesome, but we have to create ways to keep the work flow progressing. Fortunately, these small business apps can make your life at work easier and even more efficient!

Canva

This app makes your social media post quick and easy. Plus, they look fantastic! But that’s not all, this is a design platform for most of your marketing needs. It offers a drag-and-drop feature and layout to design, share and print business cards, logos, presentations, slicks, and more!

Slack

Looking for a better way to communicate with your team? Slack is the answer. They offer a nice design for individual and group messages. You can add, workspaces for specific teams or projects, add attachments, etc. This is a great way for quick communications, updates, and check-ins.

MailChimp

If you are sending emails out for your company then MailChimp is a must. The app makes it easy to use, edit, and send email blasts right from your phone. You can send company email newsletters out from baseball practice while waiting for an oil change, or anywhere else!

Google My Business

If you want people to find you, having a Google listing is a must. This app helps you add photos, edit your listing, and it notifies you when someone leaves your business a review on Google. When someone leaves a positive review, you can thank them with a reply to the review and if someone leaves a negative review you can address it right away by writing directly to the review. After all, it’s never good to leave a bad comment unaddressed for the world to see.

Google Primer

This is small business tool is gold! Google Primer is full of mini-lessons in several areas of business. It’s great for all the times in the day when you are waiting or have a few minutes before your next meeting. As much as we’d like to know everything in business, we don’t. Primer helps you stay in the business know.

Of course, these aren’t the only apps we use but there are the ones that we highly recommend when we sit down with a company. The goal is to work smart at all times! These apps certainly help with that!
