How are you involved in changing the landscape of Utah’s business community in regard to inclusivity?
I’m the vice chair of the governor’s behavioral health committee, USAAV+, and we work to shape legislative policy that is inclusive of all Utahns. At Clinical Consultants, we are dedicated to creating an environment where every identity feels comfortable and safe when they walk through our doors. We are committed to having a diverse staff that is able to welcome and reflect our community.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I’m able to advocate for vulnerable and/or stigmatized communities to receive affordable treatment and the opportunity to improve their lives. When that all comes together, there’s nothing I’d rather be doing.
