What are you most proud of in your career thus far?

I flourish in the creativity that navigating a deal requires. I did not enter the commercial real estate industry during a booming market. It requires me to stretch myself daily, whether that be financially or strategically. There is a particular sophistication in the office market, both in clientele and product. I absolutely love the people component.

What is the most fulfilling part of the work you do?

In short, building relationships. People are the center of our profession, and there is nothing more fulfilling than collaborating with like-minded individuals focused on a common goal.

What advice do you have for other young professionals?

Find the balance between opportunity and patience. Success is abundant, but it doesn’t mean everything happens exactly when you want it to. It requires instinct and the willingness to be coachable. Find opportunities and trust your personal process to take action.
