SALT LAKE CITY — Utah World Fashion Week (UWFW) successfully concluded its 2026 edition, bringing together designers, models, photographers, creatives, industry professionals, businesses, media, and fashion enthusiasts for a week dedicated to celebrating fashion and expanding opportunities within Utah’s creative community.

Under the theme “Golden Hour,” this year’s Utah World Fashion Week showcased emerging and established talent while highlighting Utah as a growing destination for fashion, art, culture, and entrepreneurship.

The week opened with an exclusive Meet & Greet at the Utah State Capitol West Garden, followed by three runway events featuring different runway concepts and experiences throughout the week.

A Fashion Week Built Around Opportunity, Not Participation Fees

One of the defining principles of Utah World Fashion Week is its commitment to accessibility.

UWFW has never charged designers or models a participation fee to be part of the fashion week. The organization was created with the belief that financial barriers should not prevent talented creatives from accessing professional opportunities, visibility, networking, and a fashion industry platform.

“We have always believed that talent should be the reason someone gets an opportunity — not their ability to pay a participation fee,” said Stefany De Rei, General Manager of Utah World Fashion Week. “Our goal is to build a platform where designers and creatives can participate, be seen, make connections, and grow without having to pay simply for the opportunity to be part of a fashion week.”

UWFW Moves Forward Under the Rei & P Foundation

As the organization enters its next chapter, Utah World Fashion Week now operates under the umbrella of Rei & P Foundation, strengthening its commitment to community impact, creative development, and opportunities for emerging talent.

The foundation-supported structure allows UWFW to continue developing its mission beyond individual runway events and to pursue long-term initiatives designed to support Utah’s fashion and creative ecosystem.

“Our vision for UWFW has always been bigger than a runway,” De Rei said. “We want to create a sustainable platform that connects fashion with art, business, culture, and community. Working under the Rei & P Foundation gives us an even stronger foundation to continue that mission.”

UWFW welcomed members of Utah’s creative and business communities throughout the 2026 edition, including representatives from Utah Business, Utah Stories, and the Utah Division of Arts & Museums.

The event also brought together designers, models, photographers, production professionals, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners who contributed to bringing the four-day celebration to life.

Looking Toward 2027

Following the success of the 2026 edition, Utah World Fashion Week is already preparing for its next chapter, with plans to expand its programming and continue developing opportunities for designers, models, creatives, brands, and industry professionals.

UWFW is also preparing for its Park City edition in 2027, continuing its vision of positioning Utah as a destination for fashion and creative industries.

“2026 was an important milestone for us, but we see it as the beginning, not the finish line,” De Rei said. “We are excited about what comes next and about continuing to create opportunities for the incredible talent here in Utah and beyond.”

Utah World Fashion Week extends its appreciation to all designers, models, photographers, volunteers, sponsors, media partners, venues, production teams, and community members who contributed to the 2026 edition.
