ST. GEORGE, Utah — The Heppler family of companies celebrated the groundbreaking of its new building at Tech Ridge, marking an important step forward for both the development and the Southern Utah–rooted group of companies.
The Heppler family of companies includes Eagle Gate Title, Red Mountain Title Agency and What’s Happening Southern Utah. Together, the companies share a commitment to building trusted relationships, supporting local businesses and helping Southern Utah grow and connect.
From his first conversation with Tech Ridge visionary Isaac Barlow, Macrae Heppler recognized a shared vision for Southern Utah. He saw Tech Ridge as a place where businesses could expand, local talent could build meaningful careers and locally rooted companies could make lasting investments in the community.

Heppler recently launched What’s Happening Southern Utah, a website and companion app designed to help residents, visitors and newcomers discover events, restaurants, local deals, outdoor activities, family resources and other opportunities throughout the region.
The platform features community videos, an interactive map and a growth tracker covering new businesses, construction, road projects and major developments throughout St. George and Washington County.
