Main Street in Murray, UT, Birkhill Lofts provides 67 thoughtfully designed apartment homes in a six-story community built to offer income-qualified seniors a modern, comfortable, and affordable place to call home. The community includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments and participates in the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, one of the nation’s most important tools for creating and preserving affordable rental housing.
