SALT LAKE CITY — As PNC continues to grow in Utah, the bank has executed a lease on new office space in 95 State at City Creek, located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City’s business district.

95 State at City Creek, built in 2021, is considered one of Salt Lake City’s most state-of-the-art commercial office spaces. PNC’s new office will provide a collaborative work environment for Salt Lake City-based leaders in Corporate & Institutional Banking, including Corporate and Middle Market Banking and Treasury Management, as well as key support functions. Over time, PNC expects to add additional business lines in Utah, further establishing Salt Lake City as a central location for delivering the bank’s full range of financial services throughout the state.

In May 2025, PNC appointed Utah native Gavin Young as the market’s first regional president and head of Corporate Banking. Since then, PNC’s Utah leadership team has worked from an office downtown, which included a previously established team of PNC Corporate Banking relationship managers, building the foundation for the bank’s growth.

“Salt Lake City has one of the most dynamic business environments in the country,” Young said. “The new office represents an important milestone in PNC’s long-term strategy to grow and deepen our relationships with companies, individuals and communities across Utah. This is more than a move; it’s an investment in PNC’s future and a testament to our commitment to this state.”

PNC’s target move-in date is late 2026.
