BLUFFDALE, Utah — Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food is bringing the island spirit to Bluffdale with the opening of a new restaurant.
The new location at 1646 W. 14000 S., near the border of Salt Lake and Utah counties and just minutes from the Jordan River, marks Mo’ Bettahs’ 76th restaurant systemwide and 39th in its home state of Utah.
“As we continue to expand, we’re excited to share our Hawaiian comfort food with Bluffdale,” said Kalani Mack, co-founder of Mo’ Bettahs. “We have always believed in the strength of family bonds, sharing fresh food and creating a place where everyone feels welcome. Opening here is our way of saying mahalo to a community that already values gathering and good meals together.”
Guests who join the Makana Rewards program can begin earning points with every purchase and receive a free mini plate after their first visit, along with access to future rewards, birthday treats and exclusive offers.
Founded in Utah, Mo’ Bettahs has steadily expanded its footprint in the state and beyond, continuing to grow its ohana while staying rooted in its Hawaiian-inspired approach to food and hospitality. The Bluffdale opening represents another step in the brand’s growth, supported by partnerships with Savory Fund beginning in 2017 and Blue Marlin and Trive Capital in 2024.
Today, Mo’ Bettahs employs nearly 2,000 team members and is working toward its 100th restaurant milestone.
The Bluffdale restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving Mo’ Bettahs’ signature Hawaiian-style plates made with fresh ingredients and bold island flavors. To learn more, view the full menu or place an order, visit mobettahs.com.
