SALT LAKE CITY — Guided by its motto, “eat better, feel different,” Aubergine Kitchen is excited to announce the relocation of its Sugarhouse, Salt Lake City restaurant to a new, significantly larger space just around the corner. The new location is officially opens at 1010 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, marking an important milestone in the brand’s continued growth and evolution.

This move reflects Aubergine Kitchen’s ongoing commitment to its purpose: “change lives with real food.” The Sugarhouse relocation is part of a broader company-wide rebrand and reconstruction effort, focused on elevating the guest experience, beautifying older locations, and creating warm, welcoming spaces that better reflect the care and intention behind every menu item.

“This move is something we’ve been incredibly excited about,” said Elcio Zanatta, CEO and Founder. “We’re transitioning from a smaller, older space into a much bigger, more beautiful location that allows us to better serve the Sugarhouse community. Salt Lake City has always been important to us, and this is our way of investing back into the people who’ve supported us from the beginning.”

Since its founding in 2014, Aubergine Kitchen has helped redefine fast-casual dining with a pioneering approach built on zero seed oils, no added sugar, and globally inspired dishes made from whole, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
