ST. GEORGE, Utah — Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food is opening a new restaurant in Desert Color, bringing its signature Hawaiian comfort food and aloha spirit to Southern Utah.
Located at 4929 S Desert Color Pkwy., the new restaurant officially opened on Jan. 23. The Desert Color location marks the brand’s 74th restaurant systemwide and 38th across Utah.
“Mo’ Bettahs has always been about sharing good food and creating a place where people feel like family,” said Kimo Mack. “We’re excited to open in Desert Color and welcome the St. George community into our ohana.”
The restaurant will serve classic Hawaiian plate lunches with steamed rice and macaroni salad. Menu favorites include Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig, Katsu Chicken and Pulehu Chicken, all prepared fresh and served in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
The Desert Color Mo’ Bettahs will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
