SALT LAKE CITY — Drawbridge Realty, a KKR partner, has executed a lease for 10,743 s.f. with Peak Laser & Fabrication at 280 North 2200 West in Airport Technology Park.

Peak Laser and Fabrication, a one-stop shop in metal fabrication and laser-cutting, is relocating from its current premises in Midvale. The tenant will occupy the entire single-story building which is just minutes from the airport, and which has 17’ clear height ceilings, is fully conditioned, and has 1500 amp at 480-volt electrical service.

“We’re finding tenants are increasingly attracted to the robust and redundant power available at Airport Technology Park, both from a lower cost standpoint as well as for its reliability because we are connected to two major power grids,” said Mike Embree, Managing Director and SVP, Drawbridge Realty.

280 North 2200 West is in the NW quadrant of Salt Lake City, adjacent to the General Aviation Airport and minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The property has Interstate 215 frontage and easy on-off access and is less than a mile north of Interstate 80.

Drawbridge acquired Airport Technology Park, a 40-acre commercial campus anchored by L3 Technologies and now home to Myriad Genetics headquarters, in 1998.

Mike Richmond and Jon Schreck of Cushman & Wakefield represented Drawbridge Realty in the transaction.
