PARK CITY, Utah — Stein Collection announces the arrival of Stein Burger, the newest dining experience at the Forbes Five-Star Stein Eriksen Lodge for the 25/26 ski season. The elevated food truck joins the fleet of award-winning dining options under the Stein Collection umbrella, and has begun serving the Lodge’s famous Stein Burger and other après favorites.
“Stein Burger is a welcomed addition to Stein Collection’s growing variety of dining experiences,” said Russ Olsen, President & CEO of Stein Collection. “The casual, convenient food truck delivers a new option for guests to savor a delicious meal specially prepared by Stein’s culinary team or grab a drink to toast an unforgettable ski vacation.”
Located outside, adjacent to the top of Viking Lift as guests prepare to step inside Stein Eriksen Lodge’s Troll Hallen, the new Stein Burger food truck will serve its namesake Stein Burger, Caesar salad, grilled vegetable quinoa salad, wild game chili, tomato soup, hot dogs, and chicken fingers, along with margaritas, Moscow Mules, and a selection of beer and wine. Hungry skiers and après enthusiasts can feast and sip at convenient seating nearby in an enclosed heated yurt to fuel up or replenish after a day on the mountain. Stein Burger will be open daily from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. throughout the ski season.
