LOGAN, Utah — Vessel Kitchen, the Utah-born restaurant known for its chef-driven, globally inspired dishes, is taking its flavors north with a new Logan location slated to open in January 2026. The new restaurant will occupy the former Fire Station 70, a landmark building that is being revitalized as “Old Station”, a gathering place for new eateries and office spaces.
This opening marks Vessel’s tenth location and its first in Cache Valley. Over nearly a decade, Vessel has grown steadily across the state, earning a loyal following for its nourishing approach to fast casual dining. The menu features signature bowls, seasonal salads, tacos and hearty sides, all prepared fresh daily. With options suited for a wide range of dietary needs and preferences, Vessel aims to make flavorful, high-quality food accessible to all.
Located just east of Main Street at 76 E 200 N, Logan, UT 84321, the restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., bringing Vessel’s scratch-made menu to the heart of the community.
The site was chosen for its history, character and deep ties to the surrounding neighborhood. Vessel’s design incorporates a lot of elements that tie back to the original purpose of the building. A large patio overlooking the new Station 70, located directly across the street, further connects the restaurant to the building’s legacy.
“This historic station immediately felt like the right home for Vessel. It has character, a central location and a strong connection to the Logan community, which is everything to us,” said Roe’e Levy, Founder of Vessel Kitchen. “This spot gives us an opportunity to design a space that is modern and meaningful yet rooted to its past. We are truly excited to bring Vessel to Logan and become part of the communal fabric with the same heart, creativity and care that guides us everywhere we go.”
Guests are invited to join the Vessel team for grand opening celebrations at the end of January, which will include a special ribbon cutting, promotions, giveaways and more.
