MURRAY, Utah — Fogo de Chão, the nearly 50-year-old internationally renowned restaurant from Brazil, brings its signature churrasco dining experience to Murray. The new restaurant is located at6223 S. State Street #2 and marks Fogo’s first location in Utah. As part of their introduction to the community, Fogo will donate 10% of its first week of sales to the Utah Food Bank, an organization that distributes food to people facing hunger across the state.

Designed in partnership with global design agency Harrison, the restaurant features an open churrasco grill, offering guests a view of Gaucho Chefs demonstrating the Culinary Art of Churrasco by butchering, hand carving, and grilling high-quality cuts of protein over an open flame. The restaurant showcases a wholesome and nutritiousMarket Table, featuring seasonal salads, fresh fruits and vegetables and more.

Leading the Murray team is General ManagerAllan Pereira, who started his career with Fogo in 2011 as a gaucho at the Las Vegas, Nevada location, and most recently served as an Assistant Manager at the Lynnwood, Washington restaurant.
