Bruce Crankshaw has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Big-D Companies, the company announced.
Crankshaw’s focus will be on simplifying processes, sharing best practices and supporting Big-D’s business units to operate with greater efficiency and collaboration across the enterprise.
“I joined the Big-D team for two reasons: the quality of the leadership team and the incredible growth curve that lies ahead,” Crankshaw said. “Big-D is at an inflection point. If we take advantage of our size to align our strengths, processes, and expertise, we will create a platform that enables that growth. I am looking forward to being in the middle of coordinating these efforts.”
Crankshaw brings a wealth of experience that uniquely prepares him for this role. At Leavitt Group, he served as COO and helped the company grow more than tenfold by building strong systems and aligning operations across more than 150 business units nationwide. He later led a distributed sales force of more than 400 executives across 110 locations as Chief Sales Officer, and most recently served as Executive Vice President at Loveland Innovations.
