SALT LAKE CITY — Savills executed the real estate plan for the headquarters relocation of client Skullcandy. The lifestyle audio brand will move to the Redwood Shopping Center located at 1640 Redstone Center Drive and will lease 4,580 square feet on the first floor and a 26,000-square-foot space on the second level for its company headquarters. Savills Executive Managing Director Brett Lessman and Senior Managing Director Nick Teseros oversaw lease negotiations on behalf of Skullcandy.

“Skullcandy sought to relocate its headquarters to a more efficient footprint, furthering their commitment to the Park City community,” said Lessman. “The challenge was to discover an opportunity that Skullcandy could occupy quickly and was in the same area as its current headquarters. We identified a solution at the Redwood Shopping Center that was perfect”.
Skullcandy will relocate from its former headquarters located at 6301 North Landmark Drive, which was purchased by Summit County Utah in May 2024. The County plans to convert the former headquarters into a new, multi-purpose civic center. Skullcandy’s relocation to the Redwood Shopping Center is planned for October of this year.
“We were able to accommodate the County’s growing footprint while rightsizing Skullcandy, which is a huge win for both parties,” added Teseros. “At their new HQ, Skullcandy can continue to grow its brand while remaining in the same area within Kimbal Junction to avoid disrupting employee commuting patterns and retain top talent.”
