SALT LAKE CITY — Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leader in retail, multifamily, and industrial real estate development, announced today that it has commenced construction on The Trail, a 315-unit luxury multifamily residential development located at 1674 Burke Lane in Farmington, Utah. The August 18 groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of a $92+ million investment that will deliver premium residential options to Utah’s growing Wasatch Front region.
Strategically positioned one mile north of the popular Station Park shopping and entertainment district, The Trail will span 296,602 square feet and offer a thoughtfully designed mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The development includes 32 affordable units priced at 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), reinforcing Evergreen Devco’s commitment to inclusive community development.

Construction on The Trail is led by general contractor Pentalon Construction, with architectural design by Architecture Belgique. Anticipated availability for the first units is April 2027, with full completion in December 2027.
