DELTA, Utah — The effort to build the world’s largest data-center campus in Delta, Utah has taken another significant step forward.
Creekstone Energy LLC, the developer behind Utah’s largest AI-ready energy site, has signed an agreement with BluSky AI Inc. to provide land and up to 50 megawatts of power at its Delta Gigasite in Millard County.
BluSky will be one of the site’s first major tenants, using 25 acres to install modular data centers that support advanced AI computing. The deal highlights growing demand for reliable, high-capacity infrastructure, and positions Utah at the forefront of the country’s next tech wave.
“This isn’t just a land deal, it’s a sign that Utah is ready to lead,” said Buford Ray Conley, CEO of Creekstone Energy. “BluSky’s technology fits perfectly with our vision: fast, flexible, and energy-smart. We’re building something big here, and it starts now.”
Power for the AI Era
The Delta Gigasite is built for scale. It has access to more than 10 gigawatts of power potential—drawing from geothermal, solar, wind, and natural gas—and is located at a major power and fiber crossroads in the Western U.S. This makes it an ideal home for data centers, AI training systems, and other high-performance uses.
“This moment reflects BluSky’s commitment to building tomorrow’s AI infrastructure with intention and vision,” said Trent D’Ambrosio, co-founder and CEO of BluSky AI Inc. “By securing this land and power in the Creekstone Energy Utah project, we’re laying the foundation for a campus that blends sustainability, speed, and modular innovation—one that empowers industries, universities, and communities across the country.”
Utah powers American AI
BluSky’s investment in Delta is a key milestone for Creekstone’s broader goal: bringing new jobs and industries to rural Utah while building infrastructure that’s clean, future-focused, and nationally competitive.
“America needs places like Delta to stay ahead,” Conley said. “This is where the next generation of infrastructure takes shape—not overseas, but right here in Utah. BluSky saw that—and we think others will too.”
Creekstone is actively engaging with public and private leaders to ensure Utah plays a defining role in the AI infrastructure race.
