ST. GEORGE — Roni’s Mac Bar, the “Viral Mac and Cheese Place,” is celebrating the successful launch of its newest location in St. George, which officially opened on July 26. Owned by local franchisees Randy Kidman, Benji Nelson, and Jason Hendrix, the restaurant is located at 1770 Red Cliffs Dr.

The new location was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from the community, with a line down the street starting at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning and hundreds of customers eager to build their own signature mac and cheese bowls.

The Grand Opening event featured a ribbon cutting, free drinks from Sixteen Soda and Sweets, balloons by Bougie Balloons, live music by Dylan Gavin, fire dancing, axe throwing, and more. Local foodies, students, families, and mac and cheese lovers alike joined in the celebration, marking the beginning of a new go-to comfort food destination in St. George.Founded in 2022 in Waco, Texas, Roni’s Mac Bar has taken the country by storm with its fully customizable mac and cheese bowls, offering an unmatched selection of toppings, drizzles, and flavor combinations.
