The bottler for Coca-Cola and other beverage brands across a 13-state region of the American West – has appointed Jeremy Sabin as Chief People Officer and Clay Mullins as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy & Planning.

As Chief People Officer, Jeremy’s focus will be on building an HR operating model which will align and support the Swire operating model. By creating an exceptional employee experience to attract great talent, develop current and future leaders, and build the capabilities needed to succeed, Jeremy will be instrumental in helping the company deliver its long-range plan.

Jeremy brings more than 25 years of HR leadership with a strong track record of developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating workplaces where employees can thrive. Most recently, Jeremy served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Mariani Enterprises, a private equity-backed outdoor living platform operating 38 companies nationwide.

Prior to Mariani, Jeremy served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at WeLink Communications and prior to this at Vivint Solar. Earlier in his career, Jeremy held progressive HR positions at Unilever/Sun Products, Intel/Micron, Meridias Capital, American Investment Bank and Select Portfolio Servicing. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Russian from Utah Valley University.

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is also pleased to announce that Clay Mullins has been appointed Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy & Planning.

In this role, Clay will lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise growth strategy. His scope includes Revenue Growth Management, Route to Market, Cold Drink Equipment, and Commercial Digital Strategy.

Clay joined Swire Coca-Cola in 1997 and has held a variety of leadership roles across sales and operations. His experience includes Director of Commercialization and Cross-Franchise Brand Strategy, Sales Center Manager in Boise, and Region Vice President for Logistics and Network Strategy. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the company’s Integrated Business Planning function.
