Larry H. Miller Senior Health (LHMSH), a premier provider of post-acute and senior living services, announced that Jeff Harper, currently serving as Vice President of Accounting, has been named Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Harper will oversee LHMSH’s financial strategy, stewardship, and reporting, and will partner closely with operational, clinical, and support leaders to ensure the organization has clear, timely insight into performance and the resources needed to grow with purpose.

Harper has more than 24 years of experience in accounting and finance across healthcare, automotive, and professional services organizations and is deeply rooted in the Larry H. Miller family of companies. He served as Corporate Controller and later Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Larry H. Miller Dealerships. In 2023 Harper joined Advanced Health Care as Vice President of Accounting, where he has guided the integration and alignment of financial operations across our growing healthcare platform.
Throughout his career, Harper has been recognized for his innovative and precise approach to financial management and tracking. He is known for designing reporting structures that are both accurate and forward-looking, developing tools that make complex information accessible, and partnering with leaders to turn financial insight into better decisions.
Harper holds a Master of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University.
