Tri Pointe Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, recently announced the appointment of Gavin Stephens as Vice President of Sales for its Utah Division. In this role, Stephens will drive sales performance, lead and mentor the division’s sales team, and champion the customer journey across the company’s growing portfolio of Utah communities.

Stephens brings more than two decades of sales and leadership experience, most recently serving as Director of Sales for a homebuilder, where he oversaw the Utah market and guided multiple high‑performing teams.
Throughout his career, Stephens has earned recognition for his strategic mindset, people‑focused leadership style, and ability to deliver measurable results by aligning construction, service, and sales teams around a shared vision of customer service excellence.
Previous roles Stephens held include sales management roles at Richmond American Homes, Nilson Homes and Oakwood Homes. Stephens lives in the Salt Lake area with his wife and four children.
