FieldStone Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder, announced the promotion of Troy Gabler to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Gabler, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years, previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Simultaneously, Alan Arthur, who has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board, will transition to Executive Chairman. In this role, he will continue to provide leadership and strategic guidance to the company he has helped shape for decades. Throughout his tenure, Arthur successfully navigated ownership changes, economic cycles, and evolving business strategies, all while maintaining FieldStone’s values-driven culture and commitment to customer satisfaction. As Executive Chairman, he will support Gabler and his team in driving the company’s future success.
