Congratulations! We are thrilled to honor you at our upcoming event, we just need a few things from you to make sure you get all the recognition you deserve.
1. Schedule Your Photo & Video Shoot
You’ll need to visit the Grand America Hotel (555 Main St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, USA) for a photo shoot and in-person video interview. We will be taking your photo and conducting your interview during the same appointment. Your photo will appear in the print and digital editions of Utah Business and your video will be shown at the awards luncheon (and will later be available online). This is a great opportunity for you to get in front of and network with your peers.
Shoots are being held on Wednesday, April 1st, Thursday, April 2nd and Tuesday, April 14th.
For this shoot, we recommend wearing:
- Something professional, flattering, and true to your style.
- If possible, solid colors in soft, muted, or neutral tones — such as cream, beige, taupe, soft gray, sage, dusty blue, or other understated shades — tend to photograph especially well and help the full series feel polished and cohesive.
- If you can, please try to avoid busy patterns, logos, or very bright/neon colors.
- Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself in the photo.

2. Give Us Your Details
Answer the following questions so our readers can get to know and be inspired by you. We’ll pick our favorite of your answers to edit and place in our magazine alongside your photograph and social media links. Please note that whatever you say may be printed in our magazine.
The questionnaire is due no later than April 3rd!
3. RSVP for the VIP Reception
In addition to the luncheon, there will also be a VIP Reception hosted by FFKR Architects the week prior to the awards celebration on May 12th. Please note that this a separate event to meet and network with your fellow honorees prior to the awards presentation the following week.

- Time: 4:30-6:30pm
- Business casual dress
