What’s the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome to get where you are today?

The biggest challenge I’ve faced is overcoming my introversion. Three years ago, I took a bold step to change this by deliberately placing myself in uncomfortable situations. I started a podcast to improve my communication skills and mental health. This journey not only helped me become more confident but also opened doors to the business world, eventually leading me to establish a nonprofit organization.

What organizations do you find most important to support?

I believe it’s crucial to support our local businesses, with a particular emphasis on veteran-owned enterprises. By doing so, we not only honor the service of our veterans but also assist them in their transition to civilian life. Supporting these businesses contributes to the economic empowerment of veterans and fosters diversity and inclusion within the marketplace.
