What are you most proud of in your career thus far?

I am most proud of the lives I’ve been able to touch through fitness. On any given day, there are millions of people performing the workouts I write. This provides a large addressable audience who are in the right mindset to make positive physical and mental changes in their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to bust myths, provide insightful and scientifically sound advice, and create an experience that makes exercise fun and something to look forward to.

What is the most fulfilling part of the work you do?

The most fulfilling part of the work I do is hearing the stories and testimonials from people who have been influenced by the products and workouts I create. There is nothing more rewarding to me in my work than hearing about goals being accomplished, muscle gained, races completed, blood pressure lowered, mental health improved and lives changed.

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?

In 10 years, I hope to be known as a leader, advocate and example for women in business, fitness and motherhood. Balancing the many hats we wear in life looks different for everyone, but I hope to do my part to positively contribute my knowledge to help others be successful. I want to lift as many people up as possible!
