Farmington, UT—Lagoon is honored to announce that Primordial has been voted the #1 New Theme Park Attraction in 2024 by USA Today’s prestigious 10 Best travel awards. Lagoon’s nomination was carefully made by an expert panel at USA Today.
Primordial is a state-of-the-art, completely original, 3D interactive attraction with features not seen on any other attraction in the industry. The design process began in 2015, the ride took 8 years to build. Primordial currently breaks the world-record for the tallest vertical drop track with 8 different possible endings. The total ride time is just under 5 minutes (for reference, Cannibal is 2 minutes and 30 seconds). Rider Requirements: Minimum Guest height 36 inches. Guests between 36 and 48 inches in height must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
