What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is being able to see the direct impact of our inclusivity efforts on our employees’ lives. Whether it’s hearing about someone who felt comfortable coming out at work because of the supportive environment we’ve cultivated or seeing the success of our people resource groups, it’s incredibly fulfilling to know that the work I’m doing is making a real difference.

What do you most look forward to achieving?

I look forward to continuing to drive forward Weave’s mission of inclusivity, not only within our company but also in the broader Utah business community. I’m excited to see the positive changes we’re making ripple out and inspire other organizations to prioritize diversity and inclusion. My goal is to help create a world where everyone feels comfortable and confident being their authentic selves at work.
