Have you ever wondered what it takes to start a successful national brand? At Utah Business, we publish our weekly Founder Series on someone from Utah who has created a brand so special that it has captivated people all over the nation.
We want to bring their stories to life right off the pages of our magazine. Join us for our monthly Founder Fridays where we will interview one founder a month in an intimate setting. You’ll hear directly from them what their experience has been like, what they loved, what they would change, and what they want to accomplish next.
Tickets are free, but seating is limited to 140, so reserve your ticket today.

Saffron Valley has been awarded as the best Indian restaurant multiple times by various publications. Lavanya’s charitable spirit has inspired many philanthropic endeavors, including her newest nonprofit organization, the RISE Culinary Institute, with a mission to transform the lives of Utah’s refugees by equipping them with free culinary skills and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
