Angela, Allison and Marianne are three sisters who saw a gap in the fashion industry - styles that didn’t grow with you, sizes that left friends out of bridal parties, and clothes that looked good in theory but didn’t actually move with your life. So in 2016, we launched Baltic Born with a goal to create timeless, flattering, size-inclusive clothing that makes women feel like their best selves - without compromise. We thought of elastic waists that could grow with you as you grow your family. Classic silhouettes you could wear season after season. And thoughtful fits designed to move through your day: bend down to grab a kid, run to your next meeting, or dance all night at your best friend’s wedding.
Nine years later, Baltic Born has grown into a beloved women’s clothing brand shipping worldwide. We’ve stayed true to our founding values while celebrating milestones like being named #14 on the INC 5000 list and BizQ Magazine fastest growing company in Utah Valley.
But some things haven’t changed. We’re still a majority women-led company and we’re deeply proud of the team we’ve built - especially the women we’ve promoted and grown from within. We are heavily involved in the creation and fit of new styles at Baltic Born. As the company continues to grow, we are committed to keeping our customer and community at the heart of everything we do - and we can’t wait to shape the future of Baltic Born together.
