Jeniece Olsen is dedicated to reshaping how Utah supports its most vulnerable populations. Her relentless focus on championing human rights and social justice has defined her impactful career.
As a housing case manager with The Road Home, Jeniece fostered her passion for addressing homelessness through direct engagement with vulnerable individuals and families. Her journey took her to Botswana and Australia, where she provided crucial support to women and youth experiencing homelessness and violence. Her involvement with The Young Centre and Partners in Recovery helped facilitate systemic change and access to integrated support services.
Returning to Salt Lake City in 2015, Jeniece resumed her work advocating for and overseeing housing programs that provided deeply affordable housing for hundreds of households experiencing homelessness across Salt Lake County. As COO at Fourth Street Clinic, Jeniece has expanded outreach services with programs like the Health and Housing Transition Team and the Medically Vulnerable Population initiative. Her leadership has steered the clinic through a federal site visit and secured substantial funding for future growth.
