Tonia Dalton has combined entrepreneurial vision with dedication to women’s empowerment across her 25-year career. As a founding partner of Induo Marketing, Tonia has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and community impact, recently earning the tED Magazine Award for best of the best marketing in digital and social media.
Her passion for women’s leadership and empowerment led her to spearhead Induo Marketing’s partnership with the Women’s Leadership Institute, committing to the ElevateHer challenge to support female employees. She also participates in the Silicon Slopes Women Leadership group and sponsored the graduation of its first cohort.
Tonia has launched multiple ventures throughout her career and strives to use her skills to make a positive community impact. “As a female business owner, I see my role as incredibly important, not only as a leader but as a mentor for other women navigating their careers,” she says.
