What are you most proud of in your career thus far?

Dava has been on a mission to build the world’s leading post-production media company that helps creators streamline their content creation process since 2019. There was no easy way to find talent as a creator in 2019. Dava wanted to bridge that difficult gap. Because of the individuals who believed in our vision and our first creators who trusted us, we’ve been able to build partnerships with social media’s top creators and companies like Jake Paul, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Brooke Monk, Red Bull and more. We’ve been recognized on Business Insider, radio stations, Dr. Phil, Times Square and so much more.

What is the most fulfilling part of the work you do?

Seeing the work that’s being put in resulting in growth. Seeing creators go from 1,000 followers to 1,000,000 followers. Seeing your team come in as entry-level and develop to expert level.

What do you hope to be doing in 10 years?

I’d love to focus on helping Latin-based families have access to more opportunities. My parents moved from Argentina to live in the United States in 2000. They spoke zero English, didn’t know anybody and left everything behind, all to give me and my siblings an opportunity that they didn’t have.
