Designed to cater to the specific needs of new parents, the Utah Postpartum Retreat offers a haven of comfort and support at the prestigious Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City. Boasting impeccable accommodations, guests can indulge in luxurious amenities and enjoy exquisite dining experiences. Moreover, the retreat provides access to round-the-clock postpartum doula support to ensure that parents receive continuous care and assistance during their stay. In addition to these essential services, guests have access to a diverse array of offerings, including pelvic floor physical therapy, in-room massages, lactation support from an IBCLC, check-ups from a midwife, and so much more. Each element of our retreat is thoughtfully curated to foster healing, enhance resilience, and promote self-care for new parents.

“We are excited to introduce the Utah Postpartum Retreat as a safe haven for parents navigating the profound challenges of the postpartum period and early parenthood,” says Kylee Alejandre, founder and CEO of the retreat. “Our mission is to empower parents to prioritize their well-being, bond with their new little one, and embrace the postpartum experience with confidence.”

The retreat is offered year-round. Each guest can decide on a stay of 3, 5 or 7 nights. To enhance accessibility and accommodate diverse financial needs, the Utah Postpartum Retreat proudly accepts Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for guests’ stays. This feature allows parents to utilize their allocated healthcare funds for their retreat experience, easing the financial burden and promoting wellness-focused spending. Additionally, we collaborate with select add-on service providers who accept insurance, expanding the range of accessible resources for our guests.
