Purple invites you to donate on Giving Tuesday

Salt Lake City– Purple has partnered with Precious Dreams Foundation to help provide bedtime comfort items and mental health programs that teach self-soothing techniques to children navigating foster care and homeless shelters. Throughout the holiday season, Purple will be accepting donations on behalf of the Precious Dreams Foundation. For just $25, you can sponsor a child in foster care or in a shelter with a comfort bag full of bedtime comfort items. Items include blankets, pillows, plush toys, pajamas, socks, and books. The Precious Dreams Foundation will personally deliver these comfort items, called Comfort Drops, throughout the holiday season to foster care centers and shelters all over the US.

On December 1, 2020, Purple will be donating 10 percent of net proceeds from its entire kids’ collection (sheets, mattress protectors, mattresses, and pillow) to the Precious Dreams Foundation. Get comfort for your own kids plus give comfort to children in foster care and homeless shelters.

About

When children enter shelters or foster care, they are afraid, alone, and desperate for comfort. And many have been abused, abandoned, or neglected. That’s why Purple has teamed up with the Precious Dreams Foundation—to give comfort to children in need. For just $25, you can sponsor a child in foster care or a shelter with a comfort bag full of bedtime comfort items. 100 percent of all donations go directly to children in need, so you can take comfort in knowing what you give is what these precious children receive. Plus, your gift is tax-deductible.
