SALT LAKE CITY — CBRE has announced that Shamrock Foods, the largest family-owned independent foodservice distributor in the West, has signed a 28,000-square-foot lease for a Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse retail store. The property, located at 7880 S. 1300 E in Sandy, Utah, is owned by Woodbury Corporation.
CBRE’s Todd Folger, Brian Anderson, and Melanie Nielsen represented the tenant, Shamrock Foodservice Warehouse, in the transaction.
