SALT LAKE CITY — Utah Business has officially opened registrations for its annual Best Companies to Work For event, recognizing organizations deemed the best places to work by their own employees. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City and the presenting sponsor is Swire Coca-Cola.
The Best Companies to Work For program utilizes a rigorous vetting process through anonymous SurveyMonkey surveys completed by employees who evaluate their organizations on factors including flexibility, pay equity, vacation time, management effectiveness and more. The required survey participation rate is determined based on company size.
“This program highlights Utah organizations that truly value their workforce and create exceptional workplace cultures,” said Catherine Bennett, executive editor at Utah Business. “We’re excited to celebrate companies that prioritize employee satisfaction and well-being.”
To qualify, companies must have at least 25 employees working in Utah. Awards will be presented in five categories based on organization size: micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large.
