The transaction was facilitated by MWCRE agents Rand Sargent and Ashley Allred, who represented both the landlord and the tenant.
American CNG’s new facility will allow for major operational growth, including 15 bays for CNG installations to support light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles. The company also anticipates producing up to 20,000 Type 4 cylinders and assembling 10,000 high-pressure packages and smart gauge systems annually. Centrally located in Utah, the site positions American CNG to efficiently serve customers nationwide.
