LINDON, Utah — Stokes Auto Spa is proud to announce that its owner, Britt Stokes, has been selected as a member of the prestigious 2025 Air Force One Detailing Team led by Renny Doyle. He will join a team of thirty-five of the nation’s best detailers dedicated to preserving and protecting some of the most iconic aircraft in history.

The project, scheduled for July 6-13, 2025, will take place at The Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. Among the aircraft he will help preserve is the Museum’s Air Force One, a specially built Boeing 707-153 known as SAM (Special Air Missions) 970. Delivered in 1959 as the first jet-powered presidential aircraft, SAM 970 served Presidents Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, and other dignitaries. It is also notable for carrying Vice President Johnson to Dallas following the assassination of President Kennedy.
