Lehi— Lehi Mills, a small, family-run mill located south of Salt Lake City, is getting national attention for its new Certified Vegan Brownie Mix. The brownie mix will be rolling out in Kroger stores across 23 states.

The Plant-Based Brownie Mix launched in December 2019 as part of Lehi Mills’ first Certified Vegan product line. It has been a huge success among customers since the 2019 launch. As one of the few complete vegan brownie mixes on the market, the Plant-Based Brownie Mix will be a vegan addition to Kroger grocery stores’ shelves.

KEB Enterprises VP of Marketing Stephanie Evans-Stock said, “As a vegan, I understand the need consumers have for convenient ways to eat nutritious, sustainable foods at home that meet their diet and allergy needs. Developing a line of Certified Vegan products has been a tremendous journey which has not only delivered trusted, easy-to-bake options to the vegan community, but also contributed to the growth of Lehi Mills”

This brownie mix is 100 percent plant-based and free of all animal products and byproducts. It is also Certified Vegan through vegan.org. Look for it on grocery store shelves soon.
