Moab— Under Canvas, a preeminent glamping company, has announced opening dates and operational enhancements for each of its seven camps offering access to the great outdoors this summer both comfortably and safely.
As the world looks ahead to the future of travel, studies show road trips to remote locations and camping in particular will be on the rise as people look to minimize risks related to the virus. More than half of American travelers say they plan to avoid crowded destinations and that national park trips will rebound first. In particular, experts say camping and glamping will see a surge in popularity within the first phase of travel. The adventure-hospitality company’s luxury camps are located by the most visited and iconic national parks and monuments around the U.S. including Yellowstone and Glacier in Mont.; Moab and Zion in Utah; Mount Rushmore in S.D.; Great Smoky Mountains in Tenn.; and Grand Canyon in Arizona. Under Canvas makes for an ideal choice for a socially distanced adventure this summer.
